Under construction by Leda Constructions, Cape Vue comprises of 23 apartments spread across 7 levels, including 30 car spaces and 7 bike spaces for the convenience of residents. Paramount Fire Protection will be responsible for the supply and install of fire hydrants, hose reels, fire hydrant pump and sprinkler system, all to current Australian standards.
